Get to know Michelle Etesami, NP-C

My name is Dr. Jamey Sotis, and I just moved with my wife and three children to California from Wisconsin. I received my undergraduate degree from Notre Dame and during my time there I was the Notre Dame mascot, the Leprechaun.  I have learned over the years that, as a physician, even if I cannot cure, I can always offer support and comfort to a patient. Practicing family medicine gives me the opportunity to put this into action with people across the entire spectrum of life. It also provides me with the chance to care for the person as a whole—mind, body, and soul.
My passion for health extends beyond the doors of my clinic, as I am constantly encouraging my patients, as well as my own family, to engage in healthy activities. My wife and I enjoy running together and have finished multiple half marathons. My goal is to train for and finish an Ironman triathlon.   Our newest office location in Murrieta is absolutely beautiful and my colleague, Physician Assistant Raechel Mora, is exceptional. We look forward to meeting you soon!

My experience with Michelle was great. She was so nice and informative. I had strep throat and she prescribed me medication and I’m already doing so much better. I didn’t have to wait that long in the office with my toddler they were all so nice and brought her stickers and suckers which helped keep her occupied when I wasn’t feeling well. Was out of the office in less then an hour and back in bed. Great service all around.

Most doctors don't really tell you much - just rush you through. I've had allergies for many years, and other physicians I've seen in the best just kept switching nasal sprays and pills and never really followed up. Michelle gave me additional options and wants to follow up to make sure it's working. Didn't feel rushed and she was very friendly.
