Keto Bombs

These Keto Bombs pack a tasty punch, and take no time at all and are perfect for a quick snack!

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Almond Butter
 1 cup Coconut Oil
 ½ cup Cacao Powder
 ½ cup Coconut Powder
 Monkfruit Maple Syrup to taste
 1015 Whole Waluts
 ¼ cup Chopped Dates

Melt the almond butter and coconut oil in a saucepan.

Add in the cacao powder, coconut flour, and monk fruit sweetener- mix well. (we like Lakanto)

Let the mixture cool (about 20 minutes)

Form round truffle style balls

Roll in chopped walnuts

Roll in chopped dates

Refrigerate to set and store in fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!
