Welcome to your guide to Crossfit at home! This course is designed to provide senior and non senior patients the knowledge to create fun at-home workouts that are safe and enjoyable. Each lesson explains one of the key movements to crossfit by including the purpose of the movement, how to do it safely, other variations for different skill levels, proper stretching, and multiple workouts to practice the new movement. Our hope is that this call will keep you moving and lead to healthier living.
