Nurse Practitioners (NP)

The NP is allowed to provide a broad range of health care services, which may include:

• Taking the patient's history, performing a physical exams, and ordering appropriate laboratory tests and procedures.
• Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic diseases
• Providing prescriptions and coordinating referrals if indicated
• Promoting healthy activities in collaboration with the patient
• Rancho Nurse Practitioners work in conjunction with our physicians and consult us when necessary.
